3 egg omelette (canola oil)
1 Slice cheddar cheese
1 Slice Ham
Lunch (around 3pm)
1 Chicken Breast (canola oil)
1 cup lettuce
1 small (roma tomato)
1 cup cucumber
4 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp mustard
1 hard boiled egg
Carbs: 15
Calories: 1638
I don't have any physical actvity at the moment.

GW: 130

Anyway, spaghetti squash (once baked) can be shredded into spaghetti like strands. You can then serve it like pasta with sauce or butter. Either way, it's good. It's going to be my dinner tomorrow night.
