Your not eating enough calories, nowhere near! your body will go into starvation mode if you dont get them upped!

I agree with Emma. You are not eating nearly enough calories. On some days, your calories are around 700, which is about half of what you should be eating!! Trust me, you CAN eat more and still lose weight!! You look like you are getting your veggies in, but try adding some more meat or something to bulk it up, I think that'll help

Thanks Emma and sweetness07 for your advice. I listened! It wasn't easy though sweetness07. I thought I was going to hurl last night , I was so full. I'll start adding more calories throughout the day now. I'm just not hungary.I think that's what got me into trouble this last time I lost 100 lbs. Because once I started adding things back on it was to fast and to much because I was starving myself with too low of calorie intake. But thats why we're here, for support .
