I'm RE-starting Induction on tomorrow... here's my menu...
Does this look ok?
Breakfast:
2 cups (4 oz) of decaf coffee with heavy cream
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices of ham
Lunch :
Salad with chicken breast, cucumbers, and roma tomatoes
w/Ranch dressing
Dinner:
Salmon
green beans
side salad with/cucumbers w/Ranch dressing
Snacks: 2 hardboiled eggs, and/or deviled eggs/2 pickle spears
Water: 90 oz.
Exercise: 40 min. on treadmill
