    What do you think of my menu:

    Breakfast - Spinach omelette

    Lunch - Can of tuna with (30g) melted cheese, 50g lettuce, one fish (0g carbs) fried in butter, 30g feta cheese

    Dinner - Salmon, 40g gouda cheese, can of tuna with (30g) melted cheese again, 100g cucumber

      Hi onemoresong! Hey welcome to the board. Have you tried logging onto fitday.com? It will help you keep track of your carb, fat, and protein count. You can also log in your activities and it will show how many calories you burn. If you wish you may keep your journal there also, public or private. As far as your menu. That's alot of fish for my taste, but if that's what you like, thats cool. You might want to try more varieties of meat, vegies, and dairy. Do you have the Atkins book?         Sorry onemoresong, I just don't have any idea how many cups 30g melted cheese, of 100g cucumbers is =/

        But other then not knowing if the amounts are correct, the items themselves seem just fine to me. Only thing you didnn't mention is your beverages, I hope you are drinking plenty of water and staying away from caffeine or sweeteners others then splenda/stevia.
