  • Please review my induction menu

    I am on Day 4 and just want to make sure I am doing everything ok. Can someone please check for me?

    Here is what I have had (I am still eating the cream cheese) today.

    1 oz. tomato
    1 oz. colby cheese (not shredded, I weigh it off a block)
    1 c. lettuce
    2 slices bacon
    1 T. mayo
    1 T. carb-ketchup (sweetened with Splenda so I counted it toward sweetener)

    8 oz. chicken brushed with butter and Frank's hot sauce

    6 oz pork chop--baked with garlic powder, Spicy Mrs. Dash, and pepper
    3 oz. cabbage
    1 Splenda packet
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
    2 T. mayo

    2 oz. cream cheese
    1 T. peanut butter flavored DaVinci syrup
    1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

    Water: 101 oz, but I have not gone to bed yet.

    I don't get the sauces you talked of (Mrs Dash and Franks) here, so don't know about them, but for the rest... seems great to me.

    Congrats on your losses so far!

      Thanks Sally...I read the labels and neither has sugar of any kind.

        Looks good to me too.
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
