I am on Day 4 and just want to make sure I am doing everything ok. Can someone please check for me?Here is what I have had (I am still eating the cream cheese) today.
1 oz. tomato
1 oz. colby cheese (not shredded, I weigh it off a block)
1 c. lettuce
2 slices bacon
1 T. mayo
1 T. carb-ketchup (sweetened with Splenda so I counted it toward sweetener)
8 oz. chicken brushed with butter and Frank's hot sauce
6 oz pork chop--baked with garlic powder, Spicy Mrs. Dash, and pepper
3 oz. cabbage
1 Splenda packet
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 T. mayo
2 oz. cream cheese
1 T. peanut butter flavored DaVinci syrup
1/4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Water: 101 oz, but I have not gone to bed yet.
