I'm re-starting tomorrow,is this okay???
breakfast:
1 small tomato
1 oz /gouda cheese
1 tablespoon /mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs
lunch:
4 oz /roasted chicken
1 cup /cucumber
0,5 tablespoon /sunflower oil
1 oz /feta cheese
0,5 tablespoon /vinegar
dinner:
1 cup / mushrooms
1 onion ring
1 slice / prosciutto
0,5 tablespoon /sunflower oil

You could even squeeze in a few more veggies as 1 small tomato and an onion ring don't make a full cup, I don't think.
