    Breakfast:
    2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of american cheese
    water,water,water

    Lunch:
    salad w/ 4 leafs of romaine lettuce,cucumber,6 sm.grape tomatoes, chicken breast, and 2 cut up cubes of sharp cheedar cheese with wish bone italian dress
