Don't worry about calories being too high! The only thing you have to worry about at this point are calories being TOO LOW. If you are eating to feed your hunger, your body knows what it needs for energy.
The only thing I would say is to watch your cheese and veggie portions. During induction you are allowed 3-4 ounces of cheese, and 3 cups salad veggies OR 2 cups salad veggies/1 cup other veggies. How long have you been on induction? If you want to eat more veggies, why not move on to Rung 1 of OWL? Your menu looks like a Rung 1 menu with all those veggies.
