  • Is this an Ok Induction menu?

    B: mock danish
    S: Cinnamon toast crunch variaton ( 3 carbs)
    L: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and 2 tbs ranch) counted it as 4
    S: Cinnamon toast crunch variation
    D: a piece of meat, faux potatoes (4.4carbs)


    It comes to a total of 20.3 nets I believe.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

      It seems to me you're not having enough veggies. A mock danish isn't much of a breakfast. I try to have some kind of veggie with each meal. But if you're feeling good and you're losing.....You know your body better then anyone

        The cinnamon toast crunch is pork rinds with splenda and cinnamon, right?

        I'm not sure how big your salad was, so I have to ask about the veggies. And the water. Other than that, if you were satisfied with what you ate, that looks good.

          Yes, you need more veggies and you also should watch the salt in the cinammon toast crunch (make with pork rinds, right?) I'm not sure of your BMR, but also make sure you're eating enough. Keep us posted!

            yes... my thoughts are that there isn't much real "food" there. Not many veggies or proteins either (depending on how large the piece of meat you ate, was). Maybe you could give us some quantities.
