I have finished my first day on Induction and I need your help guys to evaluate my meals today (I dunno too much carb maybe?) I dont know why I think I've eaten more than I should
anyway this is what I had today:
Breakfast:
Omiliet (2 eggs) with some cheddar cheese and tiny pieces of green chilli peppers (I have added a tiny amount of salt)
Half Cucumber
Lunch:
4 Sticks of lamb kebab
Some Parsley
Half Cucmber
Dinner:
Burger Sandwich = 2 Pieces of lettuce for wrapping+2 beef burgers+2 cheese burger
Please help its important to me
