only ate twice cause of weird scheduling..usually i wouldnt skip normal meals, but time restraints...at least are these ok?
brunch: 2 eggs, 1/2 green pepper, 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/3 of an onion, 1/2 tbs olive oil; coffee with 2 tbs of half and half (i need my coffee, i cant give it up...the half and half is only 1 carb per 2 tbs)
dinner: burger (made myself, and was amazing!) with 2 slices of tomatoe, 2 cups of chopped romaine, 2 tsp. mustard, 2 oz of cheddar cheese
if i added my carbs up right...then its exactly 20 net grams...right?
please tell me what you think!

If you notice a problem, try cutting it out and switching to heavy cream.
