Here's my menu for the day. I weigh and measure everything. I don't just pour on dressing, even if it's legal. I weigh my veggies also. I know that the book measures by the cup. But I feel better doing it this way. I also understood that the book said to get most of your carbs from veggies.

Whats in the greek dressing? You look like you're doing really well. Just amke sure there arent any hidden carbs in the decaf coffee....also if you find its hard to lose weight, try cutting out the pork rinds for a few days - these are really salty and can make you retain water (and not lose).
