  • New and need a little help

    Hi,
    I am new to Atkins and induction. I have visited a few sites and have come up with a game plan. This is just one day. Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

    Breakfast:
    2 eggs
    2 strips bacon
    Fried "apples":
    1 chayote squash
    1 T butter
    2 shakes cinnamon
    2 pks splenda

    Lunch:
    2 cups romaine
    1/4 cup cucumber
    1/4 cup broccoli
    1/2 oz parmesan
    1 oz salad dressing

    Snack:
    16 crispy cheese crackers

    Dinner:
    2 slices deep dish pizza = recipe taken from Linda's low carb menus and recipes. It says they are 2 net carbs a slice.

    Looks good you just need to remember you are limited to 2 sweetners a day. Also you should add some protein to lunch.
