  • Mcdonalds Burgers??

    Is it okay to eat Mcdonalds cheeseburgers? without the bun of course..how about pickles, are we allowed those?

    if its an emergency sure... the burgers are okay, its the cheese i'd be wary of!

    pickles are usually okay

      If you can, what about Wendy's? Is there one near by? Those patties are 100% beef!

            I eat them. Two bacon cheeseburgers no ketchup, extra pickles. I ditch the bun and use the two burgers on the outside with the "stuff" in the middle. I've never had any stalls from it and it never kicks me out of ketosis (mind you I don't do it every day, or even every week). I prefer Wendy's though, it much better quality, but we don't have one very close by, so I don't have that very often either.

              Yeah McDonalds burgers are 100% beef (at least they claim they are ). They are about the only thing that is pure at McDonalds.

                  I only thought it was wendys that was 100% didnt no about McD's! Learn something new every day! But those Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are a live saver on a hectic day, quick & delicious! yum!
