  • My food intake today...

    1 scrambled egg w/ salt & pepper
    topped with about 2 Tb. sour cream
    Grilled Zucchini (maybe 1/2 or 3/4 cup)
    water

    .75 oz. Colby jack

    gyro meat
    gyro sauce (cucumber, sour cream, s&p)
    a few bites diced tomatoes
    a few bites iceberg lettuce
    water water water all day at work

    .75 oz. colby jack
    1 egg - deviled with mayo and paprika
    more water

    1 lb. ground beef w/ kosher salt
    maybe 1/4 head of cabbage
    2 roma tomatoes
    not even 1/4c. white onion
    olive oil, salt & pepper
    even more water...



    ^^^^^^ I ate about 1/3 of that whole dish.

    And it was delish.

    Looks extremely tasty as well as 'legal' for induction.

    Remember the limits for sour cream as a 'special category' food.

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)

          The menu looks great, but are you eating enough? An egg and half a cup of zucchini for breakfast? You're talking what? 150 calories at max?

          Your choices are solid, for sure! I'd also echo the sour cream warning though
