Help me, please!
I decided to start a Fitday journal to keep better track of ratios, etc. Well, now I'm confused!
I read the book and I thought my menu was on track, but now I don't know
I did induction once and was succesful, but did I not do it right?
I normally eat an egg, boiled, for breakfast and an ounce of cheese, water, and my vitamin (I don't put this into fit day)
Lunch consists of meat/ham no more than 4 ounces, 1-1.5 cups of veggie Normally it's a cucumber and then .5-1oz of cheese.
Dinner is beef/chicken/fish 4-6 ounces (depends on how hungry I am) and the remainder of the veggies that I haven't eaten. My personal fave are green beans, it's mainly what I eat.
I'm a creature of habit, so getting bored with food isn't an issue and this is pretty much how my menu stays.
Fitday says that's about 24 carbs~eeek! I think it said it put my carbs at 14%. Is it because I'm not putting my foods in correctly?
Anyone know?
