  • Food item question

Today I ate a McDonald's breakfast burrito without the tortilla. Does anyone know or can guesstimate how many carbs were in that?

    Re: Food item question

Per http://www.dietriot.com/fff/mcd/mcdbrk.html, a McD breakfast burrito has 23g carbs. A regular 6-inch flour tortilla has ~15g carbs. Subtract maybe 2g for the veggies' fiber, I would guesstimate about 6 carbs. (IMHO) If their tortilla is smaller than 6", then I would add a few more carbs.

      According to McD's 'bag-a-meal' site
      http://app.mcdonalds.com/bagamcmeal
the sausage burrito without the tortilla has 4 net carbs
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thanks I forgot I had posted this!
Phew! I was sweating it. I thought I had eaten too many carbs. It's so hard to tell how many carbs are in an item like that. That's why I normally don't go to Mcburgers, even if I'm not able to cook. Plus, it tastes bad to me.
        Thanks, again.
