A few questions...
I found fitday.com and am fiddling about with it, I don't know how to get it to let me enter any 1/2 or 1/3 amounts...I'll work on that.
I'm in induction and I know I'm not doing a clean induction.
How many carbs are we allowed? I don't have my book yet but I remember seeing somewhere about 13 / day? Again, I am waiting on my book - can't wait to get it! It's farrrr easier to read a book and save the page than keep up with sooo many pages and links in one website...there is a huge amount of info here.
For breakfast I had 4 pieces of bacon about 5 inches long and 2 fried eggs & 44 oz of water.
For lunch - tunafish salad made with boiled eggs/mayo/mustard and I ate about 1 cup. Is that too much? I was hungry and it is my lunch.
The portion is hard to determine because I prepared it as a huge bulk dish. My hubby is doing the Atkins too.
The entire dish however was 12 eggs, 5lb can of tunafish, 4 T of regular mustard, salt, 1 T relish, a small dash of onion & garlic salt, 1 small chopped onion.
Another 44 oz of water along with lunch.
I'm mixing a little decaf lemon tea in each of my 44 oz waters with "some" splenda - maybe a teaspoon with each 44 oz. (I'm now swimming)
I can't wait to get the book, this looks like greek to me. The website is great but I keep getting lost - lots to absorb!!! Too much to remember all at once.
