I just started on Sunday I just am not sure if I am doing it the right way
Sunday
Breakfast: 2 eggs Tsp of cream cheese and 3 turkey back strips
Lunch: Taco Bell Taco Salad
Dinner: cornish hen and 1 cup of cauliflower
Monday
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch: 2 cups of salad with pork rinds
Tusday:
breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs in the microwave
Lunch:
1 cups of salad and 1 bacon cheese burger no bun mustered
Dinner:
cheese burger no bun 2 portabella mushrooms with mustered
Wenesday:
breakfast:
Bacon egg and cheese no bread
Lunch:
1oz of cheese 2 slim jims
Dinner:
2 hot dogs w/ mustard and 2 cups of salad
(also I drink water and fruit2o) is there any way of flavoring water that counts and how much to you need to work out I plan on doing my Bowflex treadmill steper for a hour 4 days a week is that enoff?
