    Breakfast: two fried eggs






    Lunch: two hamburgers with cheese no bun of course





    Dinner 2 fried eggs with ground up hamburger




    Snacks: celery and cucumbers





    I drank only water 8 cups

    Hi Angel, Some places make their hamburger will filler so it's a good idea to find out if their burgers are 100% beef.

    Other then that the only thing I'm concerned about are the veggies. You didn't give amounts but it seems unlikely that you are getting enough vegetables. You should be eating 3 cups of veggies from the salad vegetetable list or 2 cups from the salad vegetable list and one cup from the "other" vegetables list.

    You should be getting about 12-15 carbs from your veggies and most people find that unless they do the 2 cup salad/1 cup other veg they have a hard time doing as the salad vegetables just don't have enough carbs to get them to the 12-15 mark usually (both celery and cucumbers are on the salad vegetables list).

    Finally, because those vegetables are your big source of carbs in the day (as it should be) it's a really good idea to spread them out over a longer period of time. Maybe do half with your lunch and then have with your snack or smething like that. Getting a big surge of carbs like that at one time could cause an insulin spike/blood sugar drop wich can lead to cravings.
