I recently discovered that I can make blackened fish and poultry at home. Is this Atkins safe? I read the ingredients and it says: spices; including celery, paprika, sugar, salt....I am hoping that this is acceptable. I also sauteed (in butter) some green and red peppers as well as some onions. I did sprinkle a half packet of splenda on it as well. Please Advise
