    what kind of ketchup.
    Heinz regular ketchup has a lot of carbs.

      Jello is sweetened with aspartame, known staller

      low fat topping is no good either, it'll have sugar in.... this is a high fat diet not low!

        Again you need more veggies. Are you losing ok? Do you read the advice after you post? You really need to up your veggies. How long have you been on induction? You have not had hardly any veggies for the last week.

            just checking for your health dear!

            you need to be having 3 cups, if you list them when you list your menu, we will be able to help more,

            if you dont however need the help then dont bother.

              I am just posting for my own sake. It says you can have up to 3 cups from what i know. Not required. I am a little crabby sorry about that but yeah. I think i am gonna write it down from now on.

                if you want feedback we'll give it, but yes, your crabbiness isnt appreciated when we're trying to help you.... apology accepted.

                you need 3 cups... either 2 cups salad and one cup "other" or 3 cups salad - i'd recommend the first, the "other veggies" are much better for you. Those veggies should be spread out thru-out the day and not all in one go.

                jello and the topping is a no no during induction as is ketchup

                are your hamburgers/sausages homemade, if not check the packaging to ensure theres nothing bad in there....

                you should be aiming to get 12-15 carbs PURELY from veggies.... are you hitting that?

                      Just a thought. You did post this in the "review my menu thread" which is why people are giving you advice and "reviewing" your menu. Perhaps if you don't want people's input you might consider opening a thread in "Journal Stats" where you can track your food and no one will comment on it. They're only trying to help you because of where you've posted this.
