    Day 1
    Breakfast

    4 Eggs with mushrooms, peppers and onions

    Lunch

    sliced steak over salad with blue cheese dressing and pepper



    Dinner

    Chicken sausage stuffed with provolone and parsley. Fresh green beans with butter

    Dessert
    Chocolate Whey Protein Shake

    2 Pollyo cheese sticks

    Day 2
    Lunch
    4 eggs with mushrooms and onion

    Dinner
    Greek Salad with Gyro meat

    I stopped drinking soda. Still have coffee in the morning and I have been drinking water throughout the day.

    What stage of the diet are you on? Induction? OWL?

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Induction. This is day 3


      So far Breakfast
      Coffee with half and half and 2 splendas

      2 eggs with mozzerela

        How are feeling so far. I wouldn't have the whey protein shake during induction. And I would do heavy cream with the coffee instead of half and half. Otherwise everything looks fine.

          I would watch the onions during induction, they have slightly higher carbs. And also watch the cheese. Shredded cheese have potato starch to prevent caking. You wouldn't know unless you looked at the ingredients. Cheese actually slowed down my weight loss, but as soon as I cut it out for one day, the weight started to come off a little faster. Also, I wouldn't do the protein shakes. Stick exactly to the induction list of allowable foods and drinks. Everyone's body is different, so if you notice your weightloss is starting to stall, you may want to adjust some of what you're eating.

            Thanks for the advice. I havent eaten shredded cheese and I never knew that it contained what you said it did in the post above.

            I am down a few pounds already. Today is day 5 and I feel great.

            I have been on Atkins before.....

            Today's menu:
            Coffee - Half and Half and splenda
            3 eggs with Mozzarella

            Lunch:
            3 Beef Pinwheels stuffed with cheese and parsley. They are the size of a Half dollar. I had one that was chicken.

            Dinner:
            Outback
            Salad with blue cheese dressing
            12 Ounce Steak well done with some, not much grilled onions.
            Steamed Veggies

            Dessert:
            Dunkin Donuts Decaf Coffee with half and half and 2 splendas

            Today I drank about a liter of water. Yesterday I drank 2 liters and a 6oz glass and a 8oz glass.

              Good job for posting your menu!

              However, I would also be wary of the blue cheese dressing... Sometimes the carb count is really high in them. Try ranch instead... (or just check the ingrediants in the blue to make sure it is all legal) Good luck!

                Really I thought blue cheese and ranch were acceptable

                Breakfast:
                Coffee with half and half and 2 Splenda's

                4 Eggs with Sauteed Spinach, a half an onion, mushrooms, and red peppers

                Lunch:
                2 or 3 Hamburger patties

                Salad

                Dinner:
                Fish
                Salad
