If this has been answered elsewhere, please forgive me. I did a search but could not find the answer (maybe looking in the wrong place). Is ranch dressing allowed on induction? If so, which kind? I checked Kraft and Hidden Valley. Both contain two carbs with sugar listed in the ingredients. None of the grocery stores in my town carry sugar-free dressings. How sad is that?!? Thanks for all your help.

Re: Is ranch dressing allowed on induction?
Just make sure you are not eating too many 'servings' of your salad dressings, as if the 2 carbs per serving is for one tablespoon it could mount up.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Is ranch dressing allowed on induction?
Thanks everyone for your responses. I so appreciate it!
I LOVE ranch dressing so the one tbsp per day will be enough to make me feel like I've gotten a treat.
Thanks again.

Re: Is ranch dressing allowed on induction?
Hopejoy, I agree. Ranch dressing does rock. If you could have seen how excited I was to see ranch dressing on the list of acceptable foods, you would have laughed. It doesn't take much to make me happy (especially when it comes to food). LOL!
Wifey2MB, how is it going so far? I see you've lost 12 pounds. I set my goal at 140 (but that was a weight I was at when I was 22 which was 13 years ago). I might reevaluate when I get close to 155. I just want my BMI in a normal range (I don't like the word obese).
