  • I am eating right???

    Hi there, today is my second day and i am paranoid that i am not eating right. Could you please be so nice and check:

    Breakfast:

    2 eggs
    1 bacon
    small cucumber

    Lunch:

    chicken wings (home made)
    spinish and cucumber

    Dinner:

    chicken wings (home made)
    with salad:
    1 tomato
    1 cucumber
    sour cream
    dill

    looks fine but i would think with all the cucumber you are going over your 3 cup allowance, but as you havent put measurements im purely guessing.

    are you eating enough? do you feel satisfied?
    I dont see much fat in your diet either but that depends how you're cooking things i spose.

      thats Emma,

      well without veggies i just can eat the meat, it just wont go down. I cooked chicken in butter, so thats my fat.

      I know there are many recipies, but i am not finding something that i like and not really enjoying my foods at the moment.

      Without being allowed to eat proper veggies, i just dont understand how to make food anymore...

        I'm intrigued as to what you consider to be proper veggies?

        Also, whats your liquid intake? Are you drinking just water, if so how much?

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          i am ok with the allowed veggies, i just dont understand the idea of only eating 3 cups max. I am since when veggies were considered enemies? Anyway, i drink about 2 litres a day - thats ok, right?

            2 litres is perfect, its the minimum amount required. Ideally, for every 25lbs you want to lose you should drink an extra 1/4 of a litre though

              Veggies aren't an enemy. It's just the first two weeks you're supposed to keep your carbs low, 20 max. Veggies have carbs, but they're good carbs. In the next rung you'll be able to have more veggies.
