Well here is my menu for today.. I actually got to sleep in today since the baby didnt wake up until 9:30. So by the time we got out of bed and i fixed the baby his bottle it was close to lunch time and i knew that i wasnt hungry so my first meal goes as so:
Lunch: Steak Escape Grilled Cajun Chicken Salad with 4 oz of chicken
2 cups of salad and 2 0z of cheddar cheese, they gave me a plastic cup one of those tiny cups that they put salad dressing in.
for dinner this is what i plan on having
Dinner: Sirloin Steak patti with American cheese slice, broccoli with butter.
snack: Sugar Free Jello
Is it ok if you dont have exactly 20 carbs a day?
