  • Is it possible to make it where you guys can see my Fitday menu?

I use Fitday to plan my meals and sometimes I have questions. Is it possible to cut and paste my URL here and you guys and girls be able to view it? Or do I need to type my menu out here?

I've seen it where people will post a link to their fitday menu. But I don't know how it's done. I just know it can be done

You should be able to copy the URL into your signature box.

After logging in to your fitday account click on the 'home' tab and scroll right down to the bottom where there is a button called 'make my journal public'

Fitday will give you a URL you can copy and paste into your sig or post. It will end something like 'owner=yourname'
