i dont wake up until around 11am-12 (lucky me, i know) so my vreakfasts are a little late...i assume my menu is appropriate?

2 pickle spears

6pm (dinner)
2 drumsticks, no skin
1 cup of broccoli

10pm (snack)
1/2 can water packed tuna
couple teaspoons of lemon juice
couple dashes of pepper
glass of water
