First time I did Atkins I did it all wrong the first week (way too much protein not half enough fat), this time I start right...ummm...I think.

    Lots of water

    Morning
    3 eggs w/ flax seed
    1 ounce of chesse
    1 cup snowpeas
    67-26-7

    Water

    Snack
3 oz Sausage w/ no sugar spread through out the day

    Some more water

    Lunch
    1 cup salad
    3 cherry tomatoes
    2 ounces of cream chesse
    3 oz beef cooked in
    2 teaspoons of olive oil
    65-32-3

    Lots more water

    Dinner
3 oz Ground Beef cooked in
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 egg
    1 cup raw spinach
    2 cherry tomatoes
    70-27-3

    And did I mention water

    Total = 67-28-5 (ish)
    20 carbs

YEs - good food choices, although you are a tad over on your 3 cups of veg - by a few cherry tomatoes. But as *Emma* used to say - no-one ever got fat by eating too many induction veggies!!!! (I may have misquoted the words but the meaning still holds)

Are your flax seeds whole or cracked/ground? If whole they will pass through without yielding any of the nutrients and oil in them.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
