breakfast:
3 sausage, 12 small shrimp (cut bite sixze), stir fry with red red papper and onion.......then lightly cover with shredded cheddar and microwave.
lunch:
spinach salad with oinion, grated blue cheese, parmasean cheese, spanish olives and then some tuna fish with mayo mixed in and a capful of balsamic vinagerette.
dinner:
grilled swordfish & spiach
oh and, i had a lot of water today
