You really should fit more veggies in there somewhere. Some salad veggies would be nice. Maybe cut up some bell peppers or celery to snack on.

I do understand about the water. When I'm out somewhere I purposely don't drink water. To much trouble to find a bathroom sometimes and sometimes you just can't. Even after 5 months I still have to run to the bathroom every 30 minutes or so

Looks like your doing well, but don't starve yourself and eat the veggies you are allowed. One thing I do is cut up certain veggies in advance, I measure out a cup and put in a ziploc bag, so will have e.g. 3 bags of mushroom or green peppers when ever I need them. I will usually do a 2-3 days worth (they way they are still fresh). Also having a bag of pull cheese is a nice snack during the day, they are generally 1 oz a piece and have between .5-1g of Carbs.

Keep up the good work and good luck.

I'll ditto the advice the others gave... veggies and eating enough. You want to avoid eating too little, or your body will go into starvation mode and you'll lose more slowly or even stop losing.
I also found that the more water (cold) I drank, the more weight I lost. It really makes a huge difference. The body has to warm up the cold water and that takes energy... a nice bonus! Keep chugging!

I see you're an early riser, like me!
