i was hungry but wanted to eat something health:
cut up, in small peices, one half of a red pepper, cut up some onion, sliced up three pieces of celery and then one whole tomato. then 16 pieces of shrimp....sliced into two parts.....all in a pan like stir fry.....a little soy sauce for seasoning and then a tablespoon or so of mayo, after letting it simmer in a pan for about 10-12 minutes.
