  • interesting lunch today.......

    i am eating way healthier although today i erred just a little.......

    for brunch, skipped breakfast.....so it was like a late brunch LOL, i had, sauteed some celery cut up rather small and a tomsato too, then a little corn (ducking) and then i put in some beef cut up small as well.....mixed it all with a little ricotta cheese.....almost made like a stew...

    i know i know, "chris corn is bad and so is ricotta"

    quite possibly i am the posterchild of everything you should avoid.....if you wanna succeed on this program/wol, then well, just do the opposite of what chris is doing LOL

    but it was a great lunch!!

    no, chris, its not bad, its just not allowed yet :P
    you better get to owl quickly so you dont have to be a naughty boy anymore and can eat that stuff "legally"

      Sera is right. Just a litte thing here and a little thing there before you are allowed them is the path to a very slippery slope. You could easily have left out the corn, maybe had a few mushrooms or something instead, and used some other type of allowed cheese and you would have had just as good a lunch, but an induction legal one.

      The small stuff matters - this is a very carefully structured plan and not following it means it can't work as it should.
