  • breakfast at the diner.....

this morning i had to travel to another town, princeton nj, for business. i got there early to avoid traffic. i was there early enough that i was able to have some breakfast. all the omelets came with hash browns and toast.....yeah yeah, all that tastes pretty good and all.....but guess what

i said i didnt want the hash bowns or the toast.....and they sliced up a tomato for me instead. so this morning i had three scrambled eggs, bacon and a sliced tomato, tomato juice and some coffee at the diner. while i was somewhat tempted, i remained strong and true to this WOL.

Sounds pretty good. The only thing is the Tomato juice...do you know what was in it?
Remember to keep a look out for those hidden sugars or extremely high sodium.
    You're doing great

I would certainly avoid drinking any juices at this point, I would think it's on a much higher rung.

Good for you for overcoming the temptation. Sounds like you still had a good, satisfying breakfast without all the carbs!
