  • 4th rung.....not there yet but

i think i am understanding the rungs a bit more now....

i am still working for a full two weeks of induction......and then maybe i will do 21 days for each rung. question though, where can i find low-carb yogurt....isnt that the second rung?

and then the fourth rung had strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.......i guess i could make smoothies at that point in the blender...

i am starting to understand this WOL a little more now and i understand the rungs and how to implement them....i am starting to get excited again and still stand strong in my conviction that i will make it all the way down to 190lbs.

I am glad you are already thinking about how you are going to progress through OWL, Christopher
I buy the 'Fage' total greek yogurt - the higherfat one (not the lowfat version) and as it has about 6.5 carbs per cup, so in OWL I could have about 2/3 of a cup for my 5 net carb addition.
From what others here in the OWL forum have posted (there have been several threads discussing it) the Fage yogurt is fairly widely available in USA.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
