  • My Yummy Menu :)

    Menu for Today

    Breakfast:
    2 scrambed eggs
    3 slices of center cut bacon

    Lunch:
    Slice of Cheddar Longhorn Cheese
    whole deviled egg

    Dinner:
    Leftover Linda's Stuffed Peppers
    3 cups of Romaine lettuce
    and Classic Ceasar Dressing

    3 cups of lettuce is like, 3 carbs... it has no nutrition and is basically like leaves of water

    change that up and get something good in, broccoli or something

    Also you need to spread them out throughout the day, and you need to eat more!!

    slice of cheese and an egg for lunch really isnt enough!

    though your menu is perfectly legal, you need to switch it up a bit, try and put some carbs in each meal and try to get some more calories in, there cant be nowhere near enough for you there!

      thanks :0 ) I just really havent been too hungry and i remember Dr. Apgar who is a dietician who teaches his pactients The Atkins Diet and he told me to eat what filled me up. but i agree with you! Does the green peppers have any carbs? If i need to add something i guess i can fix a can of green beans

        how much green pepper did you eat? sure it has carbs, lindas website should tell you the portion carb count....

        Remember its 3 cups of salad veggies OR 2 cups of salad and one of "Other" veggies, so you are at your quota for the day, dont eat if you dont feel you need to

        You should eat until just you are satisfied but you should be eating every 4-6 waking hours and you dont want to eat too little as it will make your body go in to starvation mode... even if its just addng a couple of snacks into your day, it will help get your calories up to a suitable amount!
