  • Not my "official" start date...

Well I keep saying today is not my official start date, but so far everything I've eaten today is CLEAN induction friendly.

What do you think of this so far????

    breakfast:

water ofcourse (drinking it all day everyday lately)
3 egg omelette with a bit of cheddar (oz), 1/2 left over chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, a bit of onion and a small dollup of sourcream.

    lunch:

    other half of chicken breast
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 c asparagus

    dinner:

chicken thighs legs attached w/ skin. I'll be baking this with either olive oil and herbs or butter & herbs for crispy yummy skin! and salad.

I need some suggestions for things i can eat for breakfast besides eggs. I don't like really heavy breakfasts and I get sick of eggs FAST. Any ideas now would be sooo appreciated. Thanks!

dependent on the amount of tomatoes and onion, you did pretty darn good!

i'm not a breakfast person either and i generally just nibble on an oz of cheese or leftovers from dinner the night before

I had like 4 cherry tomatoes cut into 1/4's and about a tsp worth of chopped onion, maybe a tbsp at most.

well you slightly went over the "other" cup list, as its just one cup from there and you had asparagus and tomato and onion, but nothing major and certainly nothing to stress over! i think you did really well

          Looks good to me too
As for breakfast, how about quiche? I know it has eggs in it but if you add cheese, bacon bits, peppers, cream etc it makes an easy and tasty breakfast that can be made in advance and slices of it can be wrapped and kept in the fridge to last for several days.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
