Hi there Christopher. It sounds good if your in induction, however, did you make that meatloaf yourself? Make sure your meatloaf has no type of sugary tomatoe suace or ketchup o.k or breadcrumbs. Also, you gotta drink way more water than that. I always drink at least a gallon of water a day. THere is a formula in the book about water. Congrats on posting your meals.

Oh well Chris if you ate meatloaf made with bread crumbs! Too late now. Just make sure you always ask what's in it. I always make my own without them and make my own tomatoe puree instead of tomatoe sauce or ketchup. No sugar whatsoever. Also, are you doing cardio as well? Pushups are excellent and I'm sure they get your heart rate up really quick, just make sure you get some more cardio and again, tons of water. That will really flush out all the extra fluids you're carrying around. Use Fitday if you can.

I'll just have a veggie plate in the table and will make the cauliflower subsitution for makes potatoes. Ask Julie or Adena for the recepie.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.

i generally do my longer walks on the weekend.....its dark when i wake up and with working all day.....and a little commute to get home again, its dark when i get home too sometimes i go for longer walks....well 3-4 miles, but i also do sprint workouts too. just this past sunday i went to some local tennis courts, filled four water bottles up and placed them like 15 feet away, 30 feet away, 45 feet away and 60 feet away. i dont know if you have ever done wind sprints...but they are tough.......and i generally finish up a routine like that with a longer-slower cool-down type of walk.....

with daylight savings...it just gets dark so early

I make a meatloaf with porkrinds. And Hunts tomato sauce doesn't have sugar. Yummy.

Linda has an excellent meatloaf recipe on her site. It's yummy!

I think I am going to make it this weekend.

I make my meatloaf with flaxseed.....a T of ground meal per serving.....usually 3 T per pound of ground meat. Mix the flax with the eggs and any other liquid you are using (tomato sauce? broth?) and let them sit for a few to absorb the liquid.
You get the added benefit of fiber, omega 3s and that "texture" that meatloaf has versus just baking meat.

maybe I should add this....I've read a few times that extreme heat can destroy the benefits of flax. I bake my meatloaf at 275 for 1.5 hours for this reason. Since I never could find a definitive temperature cutoff for what was considered excessive, that 275 is just a guess.
