spinach omelette w/2 sausages
& 2 slices melted swiss cheese
lunch:
4 slices celery w/(2) polly-0 mozzerella string cheese
dinner:
2 peices meatloaf and salad
i am on my third 16 ounce glass of water since coming home from work....had a 16 ounce glass of water with breakfast and a few cups of water throughout the work day.
now, lemme get in some more pushups

Too late now. Just make sure you always ask what's in it. I always make my own without them and make my own tomatoe puree instead of tomatoe sauce or ketchup. No sugar whatsoever. Also, are you doing cardio as well? Pushups are excellent and I'm sure they get your heart rate up really quick, just make sure you get some more cardio and again, tons of water. That will really flush out all the extra fluids you're carrying around. Use Fitday if you can.
