How do I put homemade spaghetti sauce into fitday?
It was made with tomatoe paste, but the can said it had less carbs than what fitday registers. I added water, olive oil, spices, and romano cheese. I just put those into fitday as separate.

    Re: fitday question

I would use the packet info by customising it on fitday.

If you are going to make this recipe frequently you can add the whole recipe as a custom food.

With the online free fitday I used to go to an 'empty' day and enter all the ingredients I used in a recipe then make a note of all the total numbers (including vitamin and mineral amounts - in the reports section).
Then set up a custom food for the whole recipe (noting the number of servings it makes) using the numbers it calculated. So if the recipe made 6 servings-worth I would make the quantity for the whole amount to read '6 servings' so when using it in the future I could add one serving of it and know the numbers were correct.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
