at work today....everyone told me that my lunch smelled so good!! and they all asked me what it was and came over to take a look. i am pretty simplistic in my approach to cooking, but....this is what i did:
in frying pan....melted some butter and a little kikomen sauce....then added fresh cauliflower...simmering on low heat. also cut up some onion and mixed it in, too. then after a few minutes, i added a little mayo and mustard.....(took the idea from foob recipe)....and continueed simmering. after like 12 minutes.....i took all that and put it aside in a bowl.
i had previously cut up boneless chicken breast into bit sized peices. so now i put the chicken in the pan......a little more kikomen sauce for taste. after about 15 minutes of simmering the chicken on low heat, maybe a little more....i then took the cauliflower and onions and added it into the pan with the chicken.......simmered and mixed all together for a few more minutes.
had half of it for dinner last night and took the other half to work for lunch today........everyone said it smelled really good!!!
