  • dinner tonight....

melted butter and kikomen in a pan....

combined shrimp, green pepper, onion and cauliflower....stir-fried everything about 8-10 minutes. then i added some a little mayo and mustard for taste to this concoction. then i cut up a tomato and threw it in as well. kept it simmering for another 8-10 minutes. it was probably way more than i needed.....i ate it all in one sitting for dinner. it was soooo good!!

How much veggies was it? And I don't know about Soy sauce? Good Luck.

        It looks a tasty meal!!

Try to get into the habit of measuring your foods, Christopher, to make sure you are not overestimating (or underestimating) your quantities.

Particularly once you move to OWL it is important to keep a grip of how many carbs you are eating in order to stick to the 5 net carb additions.

For veggies you can use Soliwit's excellent list of how many grams one cup or a part of a cup of the induction veggies weighs to make sure you are not exceeding limits.

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

You know, Brook told me to weigh my veggies and it was great advice. You get a lot more veggies if you weigh them than if you put them in a measuring cup. I bought my scale at Target for $5, I believe.
