Hello .. I have posted below my menu for the last couple of days ...
Friday
b-2 eggs
l-double quarter pounder plain no bun dipped in mayo
s-tuna salad.. lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, and tomatoes
Saturday
b-2 eggs
l-tuna mixed with mayo on romaine lettuce
s-steak, with onions, mushrooms and cheese side caesar
Sunday
b-2 eggs with 2 mushrooms, and small amount of grated cheese
l-cheese string
d-mashed califlouwer and chicken
100 to 140 oz of water daily... so why is the scale not moving more quickly!! I assume my menu is ok... I also do a 45 minuted brisk walk 3 to 4 times a week.
My menu does not very much from the above.. except dinner.. it is always meat with a veggie..
Am i possibley doing something wrong??? Thanks for the input!!

Keep doing what you're doing and consider moving onto OWL. Remember that exercise can make you retain water and or build muscle. There will be times when you'll wake up, weigh yourself and see that the wooshie fairy has paid you a visit. Anyway, keep working hard
