    Can I eat this?

    It is sliced ham. It comes in medium thick slices, weighs about 1.02 lb.

    Brand: Cook's

    What: Hickory Smoked Premium Lean Bone-In Steak.

    Cured With: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrite.

              It has sugars which mean carbs. Meat should not have carbs.
