I'm doing extended Induction now... Started Atkins on Nov 23rd I think and I have cheated once so far and set myself back a week. Went from 158 to 150 on Induction cheated then went to 153 back to 150 .. now I'm 153 again but I Believe it's water weight from being on my lady time
Breakfast:
3 egg omelette with chopped bell peppers and ham
fried with reg veggie cooking oil
3 slices of bacon
Cup of Tea, freshly brewed with 1 packet of splenda and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Lunch :
This is where I need help.
I found this bread in the deli section of walmart called, Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Lavash roll-ups

Serving Size 1/2 of Lavash
Calories 50
Total Fat 2g
Trans Fat 0g
Saturated Fat 0g
Cholesterol 0mg
Sodium 260mg
Total Carbohydrate 7g
Dietary Fiber 3g

So I know i'm suppose to subtract the Fiber right? So really a half of Lavash is 4 carbs?
Then it says on the bag 4g EEC (Effective Carb Count)
Ok so
Lunch :
1/2 Lavash with Turkey Breast (fresh deli) 1 slice of Roast beef (fresh deli)
1 slice of Fresh Deli cheese
mayo
couple pieces of lettuce
Then I roll it up and I will have that with a few slices of cucumber
Snack:
5 pieces of Celery with 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed and Omega Oil peanut butter only 1 carb per tablespoon 0g sugar
Dinner:
1 Boneless skinless chicken breast baked and topped with Cheese and sourcream
1 cup of Broccoli with butter and salt
1/2 cucumber
Beverages for the day:
1 Cup of Tea with 1 packet of Splenda and Lemon Juice
1 Diet Rite Coke made with Splenda
8-10 glasses of water
