    Your menu looks good. Well done.
    No, there's no rule about stopping eating by a certain time. Just eat to satisfy your hunger only, no more, no less, whenever.

    If you don't like lettuce you can eat lots of other more nutrient dense salad veggies like pepper, celery, fennel... etc.
    Remember you're allowed (and should eat) three cups of salad veggies on induction, or two cups salad veggies and one cup of "other" (usually this means cooked) veggies from the induction list. Just make sure you stick within the 20 g carbs per day... including carbs from non veggie foods too.

    Not sure what Jeanie O is... we don't have that here... but make sure you check lables for hidden carbs. Usually home prepared and fresh foods are safest.

    Hang in there with the induction flu... it only lasts a few days, after which you'll feel terrific!
