  • is my menu ok?

    Hi Guys,


    Back on Atkins after banging on all the weight I successfully lost last year, plus a bit more!

    Can anyone tell me if what I ate yesterday was OK?

    Breakfast: 4 Bacon, three eggs
    Lunch: Bolognese (home made) with onion, mushrooems, bell peppers, minced bee and some herbs.

    Dinner: whole rainbow trout stuffed with Basil and Feta cheese, mixed salad and home made lemon mayo dressing (just mayo, squeeze of lemon juice and half a spoon of splenda).

      Seems good. The only 'maybe not' is the Feta cheese. It's a fresh cheese and should only be added on the dairy rung. You could do with more vegetables also - make sure you eat your full allowance of them every day. Having said that I don't know how much exactly you are having there, so that may be fine.
