Today is day 11 and I havn't lost a pound. I am on a heavy duty course of antibiotics and it is TOM but I still would think I would lose something.
This is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 oz cheese, 1 cup of greens with home made dressing (vin, olive oil, mustard)
Lunch: 2 oz cheese, 2 oz ham, 1 cup of greens with same home made dressing.
Afternoon snack: 1 veg "puffer". (120 cal, 7 grams carb 1 gram fiber) with butter. I checked the ingredients and there isn't any sugar but it does list potatos (not a main ingredient). I won't eat these any more.
Dinner: Pork chop braised in chicken broth and herbs. With cream added at the end. 1 cup cooked spinach.
I drank 4.5 L of water and was still thirsty.
I had one cup of coffee in the morning with cream and splendra.
I also had 1 cup of "wild berry zingger" tea with splendra after dinner.
