Hello all! Okay Ive done atkins for the last 3.5 years, SW230 CW: 143 GW:130 Almost there, but not quite.. gonna do a lil run through of things Ive been eating, cause sometimes I think I get off n just dont realize since its been so long since i started. lol And this last 10 pounds is a total ____! Ive gotta tweak somethin for sure. K here goes..
Breakfast* 1 decaf coffee 1 tsp heavy cream 2 tsp splenda
3 eggs fried in bacon drippings 3 bacon slices and 3rd cp of pumpkin w/ tiny bit splenda. (less than teaspoon)
Lunch* 2 chopped mushrooms half green pepper n 1 green onion and a hamburger patty all fried up together w/ garlic n butter. 1 cheese slice.
Dinner* 2 cups spinach leaves w/ 1 chicken breast, tbs goat cheese, tbs walnuts, couple slices of tomato, and 1 carb blue cheese...
other foods I may eat if i get hungry, pork skins, pickle wedge, pickled cucumer, (cucumber sliced in stuck in vinegar n splenda n pepper) and sometimes (rarely) I'll get naked chicken from popeyes ..... ?? What should i do to change it up?
Not much of a snacker, since been in ketosis constantly for years. lol
