    Okay, by george I think I have it! LOL.

    Makes perfect sense now and I understand what's happening. As far as Ketosis, for the past 2 days I was not registering on the Ketosis stix, however, I was drinking a lot of water too.

    Here we go......let's see what 3-5 days brings going back to induction and doing this differently. Within those 3-5 days, if i start losing again then I'll quickly jump into RUNG 1 and add those 5 grams of veggies in. I do want to utilize my last 17 lbs through the RUNGS of OWL.

    Thanks Emma for all your help!!! I so appreciate it and feel re-motivated this morning.

        Emma-(LOL weren't you Cinders when I was on the board last time?) I'm going to be moving up to OWL in 8 days and was curious about your questioning of the beans...I've been using string/green beans as my 1 cup other veggies, those kind are allowed, right? Pic here:
