    Greetings to all First that nothing thanks to have allowed to me to enter the forum and by the aid and advice who offer us. I have a question and is about vegetables I am of Puerto Rico and wanted to know if for example the green bananas and Guineans can be eaten in the diet wanted q please let me know alive then in a property and undergo much when seeing the vegetables and not to be able to eat them thanks and wait for his quick aid and answer.

    No they wouldnt be okay.
    Just the foods which are on the acceptable foods list.

        Welcome!

        I'd definitely steer clear of the bananas. You need to be a good way along the programme before you can eat them, in moderation.
